I learned something yesterday at the gym - my trainer thought am never grumpy or out of sorts because he has never seen me without a " can do" /positive attitude. ( I AM grumpy or out of sorts sometimes - ask my husband!) I work with the trainer once a week but see him at the gym a couple of other times when he is helping others. Apparently I always have a good attitude -I never realized it was that obvious to others.....Working out always makes me feel better even though I may have had a bad day at work...
Obviously my time at the gym is not a major part of the day (only about an hour 4 days a week) but it sure benefits me physically, mentally, and emotionally...That's a good thing!
So here's a positive thought - have a GREAT day!
