Dear Self,
Sunday was an ok day. Had a carnation breakfast drink for breakfast. Went to a church lunch for lunch and ate too much, but that is ok, then I took it easy on supper. Major down fall yesterday was the fugde I bought at the church. I only bought 6 peices (one little package). I did share with my son & husband. I am glad I go that out of my system!! The bad part of the day was late evening, when I was tired. I ate too much before bed. So I went to bed earlier than I usually do, so I would quit eating. I realized I was snacking too much, sometimes I don't, so I feel that was a win! emoticon So, I am getting there. I have been trying to spend a little more time on SP to help keep me on track!!

Dear Self,
Today went better, I drank more, walked for 20 min., did not eat as much & tired to do things for others. So, overall, it was a pretty good day. Looking forward to the church dinner tomorrow after church, chicken & ham. Yummy!! My shoulders are sore, so it makes strenght training harder, for my arms!! But I know I could still do some leg and core ones. It might even help loosen up my shoulders! emoticon

Dear Self,
You did not do well yesterday, but that is ok. You are thinking about it again and that is important. Only 5,000 steps, no real exercise, you did not drink enough water and you forgot what a veggie was yesterday. Well, today was not much better, 7,000, more water and walking 20 min., so that was better, but the fruit & veggies lost out again. What to work on for tomorrow: water 8 of them, strength training exercises and don't run away from the veggies!! Also, work on more positive things you can say to people. It makes them smile!!

Dear Self,
Ok, it is time to get back on track. I have gone up 4 pounds and I am not happy about that. I do know it is my own fault. I have been eating Halloween candy and very stressed, which means bad eating for me. That has to turn around today!! I will make sure I walk at least 10,000 steps and do some sort of exercise. It might be the tredmill today so I can get in all my steps. I am going to try to do 3-4 strength training exercises each day. My body felt MUCH better when I was doing that. They don't have to be all together, just done in a day. Well, writing this down, now means I have to do it!! LOL I have to get refocused on myself and my health. I know I can do this, but now is the time to get going!!!!!

Well I am mad with the new fitness tracker. I can't get it to work right. I just do so many strength exercises and what ever comes up on their "generated" one I mark as I did them, but I didn't. I did something else. I liked the old system. I could use it and I was doing it more. Now, I have really cut back, I know the only person I am hurting is myself. I was growing in my strength training, but not now. :(

Well, I better get off to bed.

    I have stopped all strength now because I cant use the tracker and the generator is just confusing to use
I preferred the old one but the "use the old one" button has gone emoticon

  I do more than the generated workout but well if I do not get the points fine am getting healthier & fitter hard to manage the new tracker

    Regardless of whether the fitness tracker gets things right or not, your body still knows if you did the exercise! Don't worry about all the tallying. Athough seeing the ins and outs of calories eaten and expended does help, it is only a generality anyway.

Now get out there and do it for YOU, not the calorie count!! emoticon

    Sometimes I use the generator, and it's nice to just add a video, but much of my time I just make a custom workout. Good Luck!
