Today is the first day in a long while that I stepped on the scale and it had gone the right way!! And it wasn't just a quarter pound, or a half pound, but two whole pounds.

It has been one week since I started over - reset all of my SparkPeople streaks, nutrition, fitness, and goals, and the clean slate made for a clean and great start. I have been checking in with my team on an almost daily basis, my motivation is really high (especially after my weigh-in) and I am so ready to do this for good.

I have learned in the last week that 'doing it right' takes more time - clicking on the forums, reaching out for support from my SparkPeople team, reading articles, and visioning my goals becoming reality - all takes time and energy. But thankfully, with my high motivation and desire to actually accomplish something this time, energy is something I have more of lately.

Hopefully this week is as good as last, hopefully my motivation continues to be high, and I will do everything in my power to make it so. Here goes for another healthy week!

    Congrats on the loss! Isn't it amazing when you do a "re-set" of everything & see how much it can help get you in the right direction again, or how much it really does help with maintaining a rhythm you have going on? True, it does take more time to do, but it does make a HUGE difference and only further aids in your success. By taking more time to really get into it, you're focusing more on your goals and yourself, which then translates to you holding yourself in high regard and staying accountable. Keep on rocking!
