so I'm having trouble getting on board with tracking my nutrition...i hate to stop and search for the info to add what I ate to my nutrition tracker. but I'm being patient with myself. i refuse to give up. i will find the motivators that will pull me in line with where i need to be! for now, i am enjoying and celebrating the things that are going well-exercise, drinking enough fluids, eating more fruits and veggies, and getting up on time so that i can fit in a good workout! i am revelling in the excitement that comes with sticking to my 5k training, the confidence that comes with finishing my first year in kickboxing, the smile that comes when i see my toned legs in the mirror. it feels great to welcome a challenge instead of dread it.
