Wow! The days are finally starting to add up! I am getting stronger. My family is noticing more than I am I think. I am really noticing my increased balance. I am able to hold poses longer without wobbling. Feeling good. I have had more exercise into the mix...doing the stairs (11 flights up and down) at work and the elliptical at home. I will probably start adding some light weights this week.
