Well, I must blog today about the value of SP points. I reached a point where I didn't think points were worth spending the time getting b/c the action of getting them didn't help me burn off calories nor cook did it put healthy food choices on my table....so I stopped getting them.
Oh boy, I was wrong! There IS BIG connection between points and maintaining a healthy weight!!! There is a DIRECT connection. I started logging my food, water, exercise and getting points and those few extra pounds that had crept on, are now creeping away!!!!
I'm going to continue earning points and maintaining my goal weight because it works!!
