Last night I went to Red Lobster for dinner. I checked out their website before I left home. I checked out the calories/carbs/fats of their foods. I made good choices and I am not up at all this morning...in spite of how much salt their probably was in the meal. Pre-thinking WORKS!
Today, I am going to eat "on-plan" all day. I've already had breakfast consisting of crude bran, long cook oats, rhubarb and blueberries. Home made roasted tomato soup with brocolli for lunch. Chicken breast with low fat yogurt, spinach and asparagus for supper. Snack will be 1/2 apple with 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds and .5 tablespoon coconut oil. So, that's my "pre-thinking" for today.
This is day 1 of a 7 day commitment to myself.
