It's a new week! I'm up 9 lbs from my goal weight and this means I must take action today. Today, tomorrow, and so on...
I NEVER EVER EVER EVER want to be obese again, so TODAY is the day for action.
Action means: Salad for lunch every day this week. My strength training exercises every day this week. Cardio every day this week. These are the stepping stones to success.
