'Tis Day 7 of having a buddy. I feel a bit better today, but really, still sick. Gonna fight, fight, fight (and sleep in the car :-)

Today is day 4 of having a buddy. Gee, they are hard to find, but wonderful to have!!

Floating around in your own mind really isn't that helpful to achieving goals. That's why SparkPeople yacks about community, and how important it is. But within community there is a very special relationship with a buddy. A person you can share your trials with. A person who can share their trials with you. A person who can share their "this works for me" with you. A person you can share your "this works for me" with. A person who cares about you, who cares if you succeed. A person you care about.

Yep, truly, there is nothing to enhance attempting to reach your goals and beat "food addictions" like a buddy.

This is my day 4 of having found a buddy.

So, if someone asks you to be their buddy....fear not. Say yes. Say yes to a wonderful relationship that will enhance both your lives.

It's a new week!

It's a new week! I'm up 9 lbs from my goal weight and this means I must take action today. Today, tomorrow, and so on...

I NEVER EVER EVER EVER want to be obese again, so TODAY is the day for action.
Action means: Salad for lunch every day this week. My strength training exercises every day this week. Cardio every day this week. These are the stepping stones to success.
