I read an article yesterday on SP that described the best cardio exercise to lose weight. If you read it you'll know they said that it's the one that we will DO! Well, it seems as though this stair climbing thing before coffee in the morning seems to be the one for me.
Well, I don't want to jinx myself b/c it's only been a few days, but I love my coffee SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, but if I don't let myself have any until I've climbed up and down those stairs....well, let's just say that a huge motivator for me!!!
I'm having company for supper...there's nothing like company to encourage me to eat tooooo many calories, but with any "strength of character", today I'll be ok.
