It's Friday!

There are big and small rewards for eating well. The reward I cannot see is health. The rewards I feel are happiness, increased energy, and freedom from food compulsion. The rewards I can see are the numbers on my scales and how my clothes fit.

Sometimes I feel sad for myself that I have to do this battle, but alas, no sense feeling sad about something that is a fact. Might as well embrace the victories and enjoy life as much as possible, and certainly enjoy every victory!

    If the weather is anything like it is here in Michigan you will be walking in the rain. I am thankful for my walking DVD's at this point, but I would rather be outside in the sunshine. You go girl.

Sunday - The start of new goals

Today is Sunday April 7.

I have been climbing 20 flights of stairs before morning coffee.

Today I'm adding a 3 mile walk per day to my goals. I have already done both for today.
