This is Day 7 using The Spark Solution.
I wanted to try The Spark Solution b/c I want to go to a lower goal weight.
The results I've seen in the last week are: 1. My belly has less fat on it. 2. Muscles I didn't know I had are sore. 3. I met some wonderful new SparkFriends on SP!
The part I like about the program is the day-by-day "tell me what to do" section! How easy is that!!! Just read and do! I also TRUST the system....just read and do...no thinking nor re-thinking required!!!!
My favourite meal was breakfast on day 1. I could eat that every morning for the rest of my life!!!
The insider tip that was most important to be was to have patience.
My goal for the upcoming week is to continue to read and do! (and see if there's a section on constipation)!!!
I have plans again today.
I plan to eat on-plan allllll day today.
I plan to do my "upscaled" cardio.
I plan to support my SparkFriends.
I plan AGAIN to finish my wicker furniture (it's a longer job than I thought)
I plan to finish my ironing.
I plan to tidy my entire house in prep for house-cleaning tomorrow morning.
I plan to tell my DH I love him
I plan to practise piano
I plan to have an on-plan day.
