So. It's been one week since I've started working with my new medication and diet. So far it's been pretty good! I did have one cheat meal, and I've had a few small treats but still managed to drop 6 pounds while keeping my calorie intake up (about 1300 daily) and workouts "normal" (I,e,. No obsessive/crazy workouts).
I know most of it is water weight, but that's okay. It gives me a good jump start, and lets me know my Body is working like it's supposed to.
My goal is to drop another 9lbs by the end of the year. 3 1/2 weeks. That would give me a 15lb start towards my goal. It's steep, but I think now that I know what my diet is supposed to look like, I think it's possible. Gotta dream to reach your goals right?
