I WOKE UP THIS MORNING AT 3AM!
SO I DECIDE TO GET ON AND CATCH UP ON MY PAGE!

I WAS READING OTHER TEAM MEMBERS BLOGS AND IT IS
SO GREAT TO HAVE SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE SURROUND YOU!!
I HAVE A FRIEND WHO IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HER HEALTH
AND WEIGHT. I WILL BE INVITING HER TO JOIN SPARK TO GET
HER INVOLVED WITH PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO HELP, NOT PUSH!!

SHE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH HER LIVER. IF YOU CAN SUGGEST
ANY TEAM(S) THAT COULD HELP HER IN THIS AREA PLEASE LEAVE
YOUR SUGGESTIONS!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

I KNOW TEAM JUST DO IT CAN SUPPORT HER IN ANY ENDEAVORS.
LOOKING FOR TEAMS THAT CAN SPECIFICALLY HELP HER WITH

IT IS RAINING TODAY IN LAKE CHARLES, LA!
ALONG WITH THUNDER THIS WEATHER MAKES ME
FEEL SO GLOOMY!! HOPEFULLY TOMORROW WE WILL
SEE SUNSHINE!!

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY COME BACK ANOTHER DAY!!

It's frigid in upstate NY today...5F...brrr! But the sun is shining brightly so it seems warmer :) Weather has such an impact on our moods!

...WHERE I WAS LAST YEAR!!

AS I READ OTHER
SPARK MEMBERS BLOGS AND READ HOW WELL THEY ARE DOING WITH
THIER NUTRITIONAL MEALS AS WELL AS EXERCISE PROGRAMS, WHEN
I REFLECT ON MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WITH SPARK.... IT IS ALL GOOD! HELL IT IS GREAT!!

NOT JUST FOR MYSELF, BUT FOR MY FAMILY AS WELL!!
LAST YEAR I CAN REMEMBER FOCUSING ON HOW MY FAMILY
WOULD NOT GIVE INTO MY NEW LIFE STYLE!!! I EVEN SAT AND CRIED A FEW TIMES!!! BUT THEN I DESIRED THIS NEW LIFE STYLE SO MUCH I WAS WILLING TO ALLOW SPARKPEOPLE TO SUPPORT ME IN MY ENDEAVORS!!
I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH WITH SPARK!!!

I ALREADY HAD THE DESIRE, I JUST NEEDED FAITH IN MYSELF TO LIVE THE
DESIRE I HELD WITHIN MY HEART!! WHEN YOU HAVE SUPPORT, FAITH WILL COME!! SPARK IS THE MOST SUPPORT I RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!! TO HAVE FRIENDS CHEERING YOU ON FOR THE SMALLEST ENDEAVOR....TEARS OF JOY WILL MAKE YOUR HEART LEAP AND PUT A HUGE SMILE ON YOUR FACE!!

THANK YOU TO ALL MY SPARK FRIENDS FOR SUPPORTING ME IN ALL I SET OUT TO DO IN MY JOURNEY WITH SPARK!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT EACH AND EVERY DAY!! I CANNOT SAY THIS WITHOUT A HUGE SMILE!!!!

It's great when you find a true support system. My DH has never had a weight problem, so it's hard for him to understand what I need to keep motivated. He tries and complements me when I feel bad about how I look, and I appreciate that. However it's my sp buddies that understand, because we are all in this together. We understand how hard this is to stay focused. I am so happy to have found you and all my other support buddies. Sharon

My husband simply did not have a choice in supporting my lifestyle decision. I'm the cook in the family. If we had french fries, they were fresh potatoes and they were baked. He jokes around about how I never fry anything anymore, but he knows that it's important to me to do this. It's still hard around my siblings and parents as they don't really fully understand sometimes I'm afraid, but they are trying. I'm glad that SP helped to give you the support you needed!
