It's been a long and rather quiet journey haha. Sorry!

Down 35.5 lbs! And officially moved from Obese to Over Weight!! WoW!!! :)

Always a good feeling when you NEED to buy new clothes right?? RIGHT!!

Here is to more weight loss and no cheating :)


ShoutOut to my amazing father for keeping cancer free!! And my mom for being a great person and support. Love you both!!

Yes you heard that right!!! I Hate It!!!

So one of my new goals ... 20oz of water a day. Why? Because I have an empty 20oz sprite bottle right here.

    You can do this! Small steps in the right direction are better than large ones in the wrong direction.

some idea's to help you with your water consumption is add some fruit for flavour, draw lines on your bottle and write times so by 10am you have to have drank to that line of water etc etc, or tell yourself you need to consume half the bottle by your lunch and half by dinner. Keep sparking and good luck with your goals!

"What does she eat?" Good question! So I decided to write down what I do eat! Of course now I realize i need more fruit and veggie ideas as mine are getting BORING. And you know when they feel boring, you don't want to bother!!! So i'm off to OCD about recipes while working in my boy's therapy here and there. :)


Fresh or Frozen Fruit (minus strawberries - though that may be mold related)
Fresh or Frozen Veggies (minus gas causing culprits! usually. And in facility w/ allergens)

Rice Milk (Rice Dream)
Coconut Milk (shelf carton or can)
Daiya Cheese (only like on 'pizza')

Earth's Balance Soy and Dairy Free Margarine (have not tried)
