I Love SP Bootcamps!! This is the Reason Why...

Starting Stats
Weight - 156.5
Left Arm - 10.5
Right Arm - 10.5
Left Thigh - 24.5
Right Thigh - 24.5
Neck - 13.25
Waist - 31
Hips - 36
Total Starting - 150.25

Ending Stats
Weight - 147
Left Arm - 10.25
Right Arm - 10.25
Left Thigh - 23
Right Thigh - 23
Neck - 12.5
Waist - 30.25
Hips - 34.75
Total - 144.0

That makes a total Difference of 6.25 Inches!! And a difference of 9.5 lbs!! That is 9.3% of my body Weight.

This is why I love SP...It never ceases to amaze me how they can change so many peoples lives so quickly! Thanks for everything you do!

    Bootcamp did that for you?! emoticon Makes me wish I hadn't dropped out, but I have picked up my cardio minutes. I've almost passed the little bit that I did in December, and should way pass what I did for November which was 2700 minutes.

I weighed in today and lost 2 pounds! I Love sparkpeople! I know that when I fall off, Ijust restart my program and I begin losing fast! I Love that Sparkpeople will always be here when I need it most!

How should I cross 40,000?

By my calculations, I should be crossing my 40,000 sparkpoints in about 9 days. So, I have nine days to decide how I want to cross them. What way should I Cross 40,000?
