New Video: How to Use Your Nutrition Tracker

We created this new "tutorial" video to show our members how to use their personalized Nutrition Trackers. I really appreciate the Video's you have made for us. I have seen quite a number and they have helped me not only do the exercises right but see if it is one I can do.
I haven't checked out the Nutrition ones yet and I think I really should as I would probably learn some short cuts to what I have been doing.

Two SparkPage Photo Gallery Enhancements - Add up to 50 photos and re-order

We're happy to announce the launch of two often-requested enhancements to the SparkPage photo gallery.

1) You can now add up to 50 photos to your gallery, up from 25.

2) You can now also change the order of your photos. Go to Edit SparkPage, the click Edit My Photo Gallery. You can then put your mouse on any photo to move it around the page, and click Save at the bottom left when you are finished.

We hope these changes make SparkPages an even more helpful way to both showcase your success and share more about yourself with other members. Also, keep in mind that if you'd like you can share your SparkPage with friends and family outside of SparkPeople. Just send them the web address my.sparkpeople.com/USERNAME, where you replace USERNAME with your SparkPeople username.

And since we are talking about Sparkpages and members outside Spark. Will you ever be including a feature to set the sparkpages not only to "see by friends only" but to "see by spark only" as well? There are lots of privacy issues and I would really like to be open within Spark without having to make myself available to the whole google world. Implementation could follow facebook guidelines.

New Feature: Clickable links in signatures

Hello Everyone!

We wanted to let you know about a new feature that launched today!

You can now add clickable links to your Message Board signature, the same way you add links to your board or blog posts. To change or add a signature, go to edit mode of your SparkPage and scroll down to the "Personal Signature" text box.

This feature was frequently requested by our members, so we hope you enjoy! Also, please remember that the Community Guidelines apply to signatures, so we don't allow any kind of advertising or product promotion.

darn just got this email :( its so exciting knowing how well known spark is getting. was telling my family dr about spark and he is going to tell patients about it! hes a real popular family and ped dr, also the head of a hospital!!!

You are wonderful and I love this site. Thank you for starting it and everything you do. I only started towards the end of February, but I have already make some great changes - thanks to everyone here and the program. I am only down 19 pounds but it's all the small steps that make us reach our goals. I started in a depressed state and have climbed so high. I am floating now. Thanks for everything you put into SP. My team "We CAN DO IT" loves the site and we all say thank you so much.
