Can we save the workouts in our fitness trackers, so we can rotate them? I can't quite figure out how that is done. Saved it to tracker, but is it there in my named workouts for future use?

Thanks again!

SparkMail Custom Folders Now Available

Friday, December 07, 2007

To make SparkMail more efficient and helpful, you can now create your own custom Folders within SparkMail. Members have requested this to help them organize and categorize messages they have received and sent.

To get started you can go to your main SparkMail page and click the "Create Folder" button. You can create as many folders as you like. Whenever you are viewing a list of messages, you can select messages and use the dropdown box under the messages to move them.

Thanks to everyone who gave the feedback that led to this enhancement!

My husband is a geocacher and he uses that website. You can pay a fee and then go to events or just find the caches. He also has his own cache that he maintains and also has two travelbugs out there. The one has made it all the way to Germany. It is a very interesting hobby. It has taken us many places and we have seen things that we otherwise wouldn't know even existed.

Thank you so much for creating this website. I have lost weight before but I wound up gaining it back and going back to old habits. Thanks to this site I am truly changing my habits for life and I am halfway to my goal weight. This is a truly supportive and motivational website. I also want to thank you for bringing my family together in a new way. Our family rarely gets to see each other, but this website has brought quite a few of us together through our Sparkteam, it is awesome. Thanks for starting and spreading the Spark!

I have to agree with LORIMCA. Although it is optional to subscribe, I just think this is a temptation for people. I would have loved to have seen something along the lines of 12 different healthier options that we could bring (and eat) to some of these holiday parties. For example, I have a great pumpkin bread/muffin recipe from Thanksgiving that is very low cal/low carb, but very yummy. Those are ideas I would love to see this month.

Well, I really don't like opening up my sparkpeople nutrition tracker and seeing pictures of cookies! I'm work awfully hard to keep this going well... and yes I expect to see cookies in the grocery store and at parties and functions, but I just don't like seeing them on my tracker page and I really didn't expect it. I'm really kind of disappointed...
