Two SparkPeople Members on E!. The final two airings of the special are: January 24 at 3pm EST and January 31 at 9am, be sure to tune-in to the E! network.

We're extremely happy to announce the launch of SparkAmerica today. SparkAmerica is basic in its premise, but we believe hold lots of promise and potential.
Basically SparkAmerica is a fitness minute challenge, where we are challenging our members to exercise and track 1 billion fitness minutes in 2008. We have put some new tools and pages in place to keep overall site totals, as well as individual and team totals. There's no new tracking required from you as a members, we aggregate the tracking you do in places like the calories burned tracker, strength tracker, and Quick Track.
We are excited about SparkAmerica for many reasons but 2 big ones are:
- That we feel consistent fitness is the springboard to many many goals, and SparkAmerica is a fun new challenge to help more people exercise consistently.
- SparkAmerica is something anyone can do, including people who don't need (or don't want) to lose weight. While we love that SparkPeople helps millions of people lose weight and get healthier, we are happy to expand our offerings to apply to anyone.
