Hi :to all of you fellow Bloggers
I know to some it is really fulfilling to blog daily , weekly or even more for some. I just cant get the hang of it. I feel as if my thoughts are kinda boring or not really worthy of putting in a blog , but when I do I feel more accomplished , and therefore here I am . Well as for the last blog that I was committed to picking a exercise vidio or two daily ,that flopped. Oh well ,I do get several walks in throughout the week but I know that I need to work other areas of my body to get in better shape. Knowing and doing are two different things , so I must try harder to incorperate more workouts in my daily activities. On a good note I did lose 2.5 lbs. for November. I may not reach my goal for the New Year but I will be closer to it, slow and steady may not win the race but it gets me closer to the goal. So I'm not stressing on a time frame as long as im making progress is all that matters.
Well that did feel good to write it out , now let me get up and move for the next half hour and I'll feel even better.

Hey Spark buddies; im kinda frustrated ,for the month of September I done real well on my calorie intake , I got in several water arobic workouts and I got in 10, 000 steps or more almost everyday. I weighed in today and have lost nothing in a whole 5 weeks ! Im so discouraged :(
So I've made it a new fast break challenge to pick a workout vidio to do each day in October , at least 15 min. or longer , I hope this will give my plateau a kick in the butt ! I also have read that bumping up my calorie intake a day or two a week may help (sounds to good to be true ) has anyone tryed this approach ? Would love any advice on breaking this stand still . I also need to measure for this month as well , last month I did lose inches along with a couple pounds , so it wasnt as discouraging.
Well im off to find the tape measure , wish me luck.

Well I've not really been keeping up with the measuring of myself because I've not really had much weight loss in 4 months only about 12 pounds so I didn't think I really lost much in the inches either. So I just put it off for all that time , however I have been doing water arobics at least 3 to 4 times a week for around 30 to 40 minutes. I do enjoy exercising in the pool , no sweat , , no getting out of breath , and only myself to keep up with . I use water weights as well to make it a bit more challenging.
So today I pulled out the tape measure . Oh boy what a nice suprise I've lost 10.5 in. but like I said only 12 lbs. In around 4 months .Well it was nice , 2 and a half inches on the upper arm and 2 on all the other , leg , hips , waist , chest . so the water arobic is really paying off , and this inspires me , cause I wasnt seeing that darn scale move to much lately and was feeling discouraged.so dont forget dear Spark buddies l if you've been working hard and eating right , dont go by that darn scale. Just go measure up and you'll probably be pleasantly suprised too. Have a great day folks, keep sparking

Well this has not been a good week, Birthday went great last Wednesday , the forth was a pleasant day as well. On friday as we were enjoying an evening sitting out on the porch , we were introducing the two chihuahuas to the new little cat.Not to happy to have him getting attention they weren't to friendly , however they weren't mean to little Freeway either. We had an extra metal folding chair propped against the door , well my husband pushed the door open and the chair came falling down striking little Reesee one of the chihuahuas. She let out a big yelp! and ran inside to her cube (asoft square shaped cat bed) . Well I felt just as bad as my husband because I had propped the chair against the door. We did go check her to see if she was ok , she seemed a little shaken but did not cry when I felt her body for any broken bones. The following days , sat & sun I worked , my daughter noticed she was not feeling well and wasnt eating. Monday I took her to vet clinic , they said she was probably very sore but seemed to have good vital signs , heartbeat , breathing , no pupil dialation. They gave me something for pain and inflammation and said she should be back to her old self in no time. So I brought her home and and tended to her. The next day she did not seem any better, I gave her bland baby food (chicken) and water from a shringe the vet gave me to use for her meds as well. That evening she died , I felt so bad that maybe I could have done more test or xrays or something to let us know that she had internal dammage. The vet didnt recommend any thing as to checking her further so I didn't elaborate on the matter . I feel terribly guilty that I did not ask if there were ways to tell if she obviously had more damage. I guess all things happen for a reason , but this was a very sad week for us again , after losing BooBlue just 3 months ago. Well I just hope the other one ,Twinky (her sister) will be able to adjust ok , since they have never been apart. She seems to be looking for her at times , but I did let her go around her sister while she was ill and an hour or so after she passed so maybe she could get a feeling of closure. Anyway I know that she had a joyful life the short time that she was with us. Wishing you all a peaceful weekend.
