The winter challenge means a lot to me as I plan to become very serious about getting healthy. I have challenges with mobility but can do upper body exercises. I plan to combine the WW's diet along with more of the Mediterranean diet. I have a new found love for parsnips and beets in my homemade soups and stews.
I hope I got this correct as it is my first attempt at writing a blog.
