I have so many goals, and I know it's impossible to do everything perfectly, so let me tell you my goals, and we'll see if I am able to prevent life from getting in the way:

Every day:
Track food (1500 calories, 30/30/40 f/p/c split)
Track exercises (2 hours cardio, 30 minutes ST or yoga)
Blog every day
Treat myself as well as I treat my friends... (I need to be a less harsh critic of myself)
Acheive this through journaling and positive self talk- and measure through mood and journal)

SMART goals are key...

    Sounds like you have a set of perfectly wonderful, achievable goals. And there is no reason to worry about being perfect. Just be consistent and you'll do great!
