Monday morning @ 7am is the final weigh in for the Commit To Be Fit contest @ work. I did have 2 bad weeks, but I have since turned it around. I had to eliminate beans the other day due to serious bloating & just stick to coconut oil, unsweetened almond milk, eggs, olives, limited organic meats & green leafy veggies. This morning, even with my monthly friend, my stomach seems to have shrank a couple of inches. I will get final measurements & weight & post the results next week.
