January goals

A recap of December goal: I've got good news and I've got bad news.

The good news: I did not gain a single pound.
The bad news: I did not lose a single pound.

I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted; within certain limitations, of course ... but I also moved more.

The goals for January:
Lose 10 pounds
1500 fitness minutes
Eat healthy
