I just looked at my goal from June of last year and it looks about the same as it does for this year. Instead of beating myself up for not making my goals I'm going to be grateful that I didn't change for the worse. I'm still in about the same place I was last year. Great news since this means I will rock once I get to maintenance mode! I have made strides. I'm getting better and meal planning, gardening, and upping the intensity of my workouts. I just haven't gotten very far with the stress and boredom eating/snacking. Going to make that my focus and see where that leads me.
