Well, we arrived home from our trip this afternoon. I've unpacked, caught up with mail and laundry, and feeling tired. Almost supper time and just going to fix sandwiches. Probably will not exercise this late. So how will I improve?
Tomorrow is a new day. I will exercise first thing as I was doing before, track my water as usual AND (this is the new thing) track my food in earnest! I will not give into feelings of despair when I see what I have GAINED this week. I will set my face as a flint and move forward. I WILL NOT let a setback derail me from the ultimate goal.
