It's been a great week for me.
I lost 2 pounds. I am under 210 finally
after so long. Last week was 209.5
Watching what I eat, exercising regularly,
most days 2.5 miles & some 5. Feels great.
I told the Lord I will do this as long as He
gives me the strength!
I walk in the grocery store and look at fresh
foods, things I can make and create myself without
too much boxed stuff. I am making 15 bean soup with
very little meat; chili with ground turkey breast, kidney
beans & tomatoes (sometime fresh, sometimes in a can)
Eating more nuts, grains, seeds, flax seed, mix these in my
yogurt for breakfast.
Getting away from traditional meal items. Try to stay clear of
inside aisles in the store. Takes a bit of getting used to but
