I messed up really bad so I am starting my 100 days challenge all over starting today. My new goals are
01) lose 10-15 lbs.
02) Keep walking a lot everyday
03) Drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday
04) Work on a knitting project everyday
05) Post on Spark People more
06) Work on my weaving & weaving studies
Starting weight 230 lbs. My 100th day will be March 01, 2015.
Today I drank 9 glasses of water, restarted the cowl that I am knitting for the 6th time, & did a lot of walking outside in the snow.
I am having a bad SINUS MIGRAINE DAY & NIGHT.
