Today & yesterday I drank my water did some knitting on the cowl walking outside & reading in the weaving book.

I am having a really good THANKSGIVING DAY & NIGHT.

Today I did some walking outside, drank 8 glasses of water, did some reading in my weaving book & a lot of knitting on the cowl.

    Good job getting that water in also. That's a hard one for me in the colder weather. Sorry about the sinus problems. I find that walking outside in the cooler weather a hat and scarf are a must for me.

Today is day 003 of my 100 days challenge. I did a lot of knitting on the cowl, drank 8 glasses of water, did a lot of walking outside & did some reading in a weaving book.

100 Days to a New You Challenge day 001/100/099

I messed up really bad so I am starting my 100 days challenge all over starting today. My new goals are

01) lose 10-15 lbs.

02) Keep walking a lot everyday

03) Drink 8-12 glasses of water everyday

04) Work on a knitting project everyday

05) Post on Spark People more

06) Work on my weaving & weaving studies

Starting weight 230 lbs. My 100th day will be March 01, 2015.

Today I drank 9 glasses of water, restarted the cowl that I am knitting for the 6th time, & did a lot of walking outside in the snow.

I am having a bad SINUS MIGRAINE DAY & NIGHT.
