This week I have been almost effortlessly survive the test the 'boyfriend test'.
After last last week diet coke break, I have now mange a straight 7 days without diet coke hooray and this is made an even bigger success by the fact that there is a bottle sitting in the fridge (not mine). There were definitely two occasions when I stood there with the fridge door open eying up the bottle but both times I talked myself into green tea instead. A small victory I feel the war is not over yet.
My other major weak spot is chocolate, fortunately right now i have a cold so I haven't thought much about it until yesterday when i went into the spare room and discovered my boyfriend's stash - I suppose at least he tried to hide them ! But seriously there are at least 50 bars in there. Now I really hope I can erase this vision from my mind.
Other strange happenings
I'm being far better at sticking to wheat free diet this week, no pasta, no rice, no bread and I'm not really missing it either. The problem is (and i think it is probably also related to being sick) I'm quite a way under my calorie targets each day. and whilst this should mean a great weigh in this week, I'm a little bit concerned that the first day i feel 100% again my belly will want to play catch up. I think I may have to take 6 apples and a bag of oranges to work with me just incase then at least its a healthy snack attack and not a junk food binge. Aiming for 1500 calls today
