Old Fashioned oats w/ .25 cup Kashi GoLean cereal sprinkled on top, a Tbsp of Fage Greek yogurt, a few blueberries and 3 tsps pure maple syrup


SNACK (11:00 a.m.)


black and green grapes


SNACK (2:45 p.m.)


baby carrots


DINNER (5:50 p.m.)


Jerk pork chop (grilled, boneless); collard greens; roasted butternut squash


WATER TOTALS: 8 cups (finally!... it's been a while since I've gotten all the water in)

    I had more oatmeal with yogurt today, only this time I only had a little yogurt in it, haha! I didn't have any fruit I could cut up in it, so I had some strawberry jam, about a spoonful, and that sweetened it up perfectly!

    That is the dressing in my fridge!!!
And I just ate the last Skinny Cow tonight, that is my favorite flavor too!!!! I like to let them soften a little before I eat it.... Yummy!!!!:-)
