*Note* - I'm still coming up short for calories when my snacks and sides are mainly fruits and vegetables. I'm not sure it's necessary; but I'm trying to just add nuts at the end of the day when I find that I haven't met my calories for the day. I feel comfortable with that so far.

    Just looking at all that great food is making me hungry! The nuts are an excellent choice. The nutrients/oils are worth the calories. We had similar breakfasts. I had diced apple, walnuts, oats and maple syrup (that we tapped ourselves last spring!). Delicious!

    I'm loving how you have the calorie count with the pictures. Definitely didn't eat 1/3 today. emoticon Looks like you were craving the carbs today. I like crackers but find them a bit high in calories. Have you tried Kavli's thin crisp bread? I like it because it's low cal - 3 slices for 50 cal. I have it with spicy thai tuna 2 or 3 times per week.
