    I'm loving how you have the calorie count with the pictures. Definitely didn't eat 1/3 today. emoticon Looks like you were craving the carbs today. I like crackers but find them a bit high in calories. Have you tried Kavli's thin crisp bread? I like it because it's low cal - 3 slices for 50 cal. I have it with spicy thai tuna 2 or 3 times per week.

    Every time I visit your food blogs, I'm struck by two things:
1. Your food looks absolutely delicious & nutritious.
2. You eat about 1/3 of what I do in a day.

So how is the exercising going? Have you thought about what kind of exercise program you'd like to follow?

    Hmmm I see you've perfected the kale chips. I tired once and threw them out. Funny - I'm not hungry either and gonna have either a bowl of cereal or yogurt and fruit for dinner.
