I have completed the first week of 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Training! WooHoo!
I have also completed the first week of my 40/40 Challenge! WooHooHooHoo!
Next week (tomorrow, exactly) I will pick back up with San Antonio SparkTeam's EPIC Challenge. I completed the first leg in February then took a break off and did not do the 2nd Leg in March. Now, it's time for the 3rd Leg. I'm SO on it!
With my own 40/40 Challenge going on, it should be pretty easy to get the 2011 calories burned each week that EPIC requires to earn one of the exercise points. This week I burned 2000! IF I were doing EPIC, I would have found a way to burn an extra 11 calories. Jumping rope for 30 secs would have taken care of that! LOL
EPIC should really help me as far as the calories are concerned. I have really been going over on my calories all week...probably 3 out of the 7 days this week! That's crazy! So, I'll really be concentrating on staying within calorie range now that I'm beginning EPIC.
So, I have a lot to look forward to for the upcoming week!!! Wishing everyone great successes!!
