starting over

I am starting over. Really I haven't did bad but I did eat what I want. I did lose 7lbs since my first post on here. This is what I need to do with my life, I need to make a lifestyle change not a diet. I always crash with diets so I decided to do the lifestyle change.

  Congrats on starting over. Everyday is fresh with no mistakes in it. Don't be hard on yourself - lifestyle changes are hard. There will be days that aren't perfect, but always chose the next right thing. I'm starting over after a long break myself. Reading The Spark book has really motivated me this time. Good Luck! I was on vacation, well a family reunion with my boyfriends family. I never went over my calories well I never went close to them. I rarely ate because we were doing so much activities around so I just never ate. I did drink a lot of water though.

WOW! I have a lot more calories left over. I know I am not losing weight this week, I am trying to get on track. I am getting my sleepy fat in high gear. emoticon

OHHHHHHHHH I fell off the train again, I went way over my calories but I did exercise for 35 minutes (dance aerobics). I would have done more but my foot started to shoot pain up my leg. Okay so I did good at work and I fell out at lunch, I ordered the meal at McDonalds and not just the wrap. The wrap was awesome with cucumbers in it and everything and GRILLED chicken. then I caught myself eating the fries. I threw them in the back needless to say I made a mess. Then I rode with my mom to do something around town and I got a burger king smoothie and low and behold its not low fat. But supper I did good I baked chicken. I think it has to be the shakes I am drinking that are making me hungry. I dont usually eat in the morning but I am trying to because they say its the best. I think I might try cooking some egg white or a veggie omlet or something, something more filling to me.

YES!!! I stayed in my calories today!! My foot is not swollen as bad, but I am just scared to exercise on Bactrim ds. I was told to not get hot or in sun for two weeks due to a rash or something. If you are wondering I have cellulitis and it is inflamed tissue and skin caused by a cut or bug bite and it is very very painful. It causes infection which my foot was. yay me! lol but two shots and 6 pills later all that is swollen in my big toe and my foot is still red like a rash.It stings as well. Anyways back to what I need to talk about. Exercise!!!! I want to exercise but scared... I think I am going to wait till all is good I have till next Monday when I get done with my medicine to start. Just the safe side of things. I don't want to go through this again.

    Yikes, I know what cellulitis is and it can be dangerous. You poor thing.
Good job staying in your calories. That's so difficult for me when I'm feeling poorly. I'm with you..... ahhhh exercise can wait. Did you drink all your water today? How about a laugh? I can't think of any one-footed exercises.
I am also on antibiotics (two more days). I put off starting my program and put water, sleep, and antibiotics as my goals. Now I'm on day one of my calorie program.
Today I did the exercise video for sitting down and working out your arms. It was very low-impact. I'm saving the kick-boxing for healthier times. ;)
