Thought I would pop in and write a short blog. I'm still around, just not feeling the Spark, so I'm keeping quiet.
Working two jobs is really getting to me, but I can't stop now . . . debts are not paid off so until then I must continue on.

I have decided to pay myself for exercising! I donít have a lot to spare (you will know that if you read the other blog), but I think I can pull this off, heck I know I can!
This is my daily exercise routine & yes, I found this on Pinterest! Feel free to follow me (Patriciaintx).
* 10 Push-Ups
* 10 Sit-Ups
* 25 Squats
* 10 Lunges Per Leg / 20 Total
* 50 Jumping Jacks
* 30 Second Plank
* 60 Second Wall Sit
As the month progresses & I build my stamina up, I will add in increments of 5 to each exercise. How I will pay myself is $0.01 for each repetition. That may not sound like much, but I did the math & to just do what is listed there for 31 days is $63.55 or something close to that.
I plan on putting that money back for a treadmill. That way I can start adding in my cardio.
I will work on continuing the following streaks for August also:
* No trips to the vending machine
* No Soda
* No Sugar, by sugar I mean cakes, pie, cookies, etc.
* Take Meds Daily
* Exercise 10 min./day, havenít been doing very good on this one, heck havenít been doing it at all. That is why I need the motivation.
* No potatoes . . . I am trying to kick the potato habit, just a start to working towards better nutrition. I do good for a couple of days then I crash!
Sounds like some awesome goals to me!! Of course I have set goals before only to fail. I get side tracked, I get tired, something makes me upset, etc. This time I am hoping that with all of the support from all my wonderful SparkFriends I can stay on track for the month. I feel, as I have always felt in the past, if I can just get back into the habit of exercising regularly, that I will feel better, as well as begin to look better!!

$$ Money is My Motivator $$
It just seems like everything in my life right now is revolving around money. The reason for that is my focus on getting out of debt by the end of 2015. Iím going to put these out there just to put things into perspective. I have $16,000 in credit card debt that I was ďawardedĒ with in the divorce; I owe $6,000 on a 401k loan that I took out to pay for my divorce. I bought a new truck to be able to haul my horses after the divorce was final & I currently owe $29,000 on it. I also owe $8,000 on a tractor.
Good news is I work two jobs & all my bills are current & paid as promised. Iím not behind on anything, which if I was still married; I donít believe that I would be able to say that. Yea, Iím working two jobs now, but honestly that is my choice; I could live paycheck-to-paycheck working one job, but I do not desire to live like that any more!
I have really been able to focus on saving money to pay off these bills. I must find a way to put that same focus on getting rid of my excess weight. I donít care to loose the weight because I never want to find myself overweight again, just like I never want to find myself in this much debt again.
I have made saving money a game; I have all kinds of ways that I save money. I am going to come up with a plan to do the same with my journey to reduce my weight. I am going to look at it like my debt. I have some ideas, but over the next couple of days I will come up with a plan that will reward my weight reduction efforts, while also rewarding my debt reduction efforts!

June Streak Report
Once I really made up my mind that I was going to stop the sugar, just to clarify here, I mean cake, cookies, donuts, etc., stop the soda & stop the trips to the vending machine, I did it!
Now if I could just get that exercise in daily I would be doing great!
I am sad to report though, I have not lost one pound since the streaks began. . . . which is really kinda disappointing. I mean I gave up all of that to loose weight, and not loosing weight is really frustrating.
Oh well, Iím off to keep my streaks going through July!

I am a visual type of person, so I have created myself (another) spreadsheet, where I can make my streaks visual!
I am hoping that this will help me get on track to reaching my goals!!!
