First off, I don't make "resolutions" on the first of january. I do them most every day!!
That said, I created my goal board and when I'm on the site I review it. (PS I LOVE that feature). So. . . short term goals:
Stretch daily. . . maybe 10/31 days
fit into jeans by 1/27. . . no
track food 5/7 days. . . maybe 15 days
exercise 30min 5 days per week. . . maybe 12 days
Thus the title of my blog, "A Wasted Month". It's like the commercial about college, where will you be in 4 years? In this case, my goals were lofty and my results not so much.
So, February begins today (Happy B-day cousin D), and another month of opportunity.
February 28, I want my blog to read "on a Successful month".
