Do we really count our calories correctly? Do we really measure our food properly or do we estimate? I know sometimes when I estimate, I'm eating way more than my calorie allowance for the day..We need to read the serving size on whatever we eat and then try our best to measure it properly.
This week as we track our calories in the 5% challenge, we need to make sure we are measuring correctly..Let's make it a habit to measure and track every day and not just for the week the challenge has it up for...Tracking keeps me honest and then I know if I'm really eating properly or eating too much.
