Are we really careful with our portion size?
Do you still measure your portions or eyeball it?
I find myself sometimes eyeballing my portion size and most of the time I can get it just about right but then other times I really need to take the time to truly measure it.
Note on today.
I did get 15min. of walking in place today. Going to have to get one of those walking videos. It is on my list of things to buy this month.
I also got my computer completely fixed..Tech lady called me and walked me through with changing the email account and also showed me some things on how to move about in apps..it made is so much more enjoyable..also found out that the windows 8 program that I first used must not have been working properly as things run so much better now..
I also fudged a little today and ate one piece of fudge but counted it on my tracker and still came out ok. I still can eat 2 cutie tangerines later. I made a terrific deep dish kind of pizza but used low fat crescent rolls on the bottom and low fat cheese on top..then when I ate it, I took the crust off my portion on my plate..the meat I used was ground venison so meat was low fat as well..very very yummy with added onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms..It is a good alternative to plain pizza or spaghetti.
Also working on some embroidered pillow cases for a change.
