For my 5% challenge team I'm to blog every day on my progress this week. Well like the cartoon says, we are what we eat. If I eat bad then I pay for it not only with weight gain but with tummy problems as well.
A couple of days ago, hubby wanted something sweet...and asked for brownies. So I made brownies from scratch..and you know they taste so much better than package brownies any day. I did eat one each day for 2 days now but counted the calories and kept my calorie count in range. But chocolate and my tummy just do not go well together. So I've suffered today with indigestion..Got to eat some prunes today to help with that...yes prunes seem to help my tummy and keep me regular as well.
Exercise is ok. Getting at least 20 minute or more walk in each day and I did lose 2 lbs last week..so headed in right direction.
