My update on my winter into spring 5% challenge. This challenge team ran for 8 weeks and am pleased with the results. I lost 6lbs over all from 194 to 188. Below are my beginning measurements and after.
I lost a half inch in my wasit, 1-1/2 inche in my hips, 2 inches in my thigh and 1 inch in my neck. So pleased at the results there as well. I have already signed up for the Spring into Summer 5% challenge and will let you all know when it opens to the regular public for signing up. I was in the 5% challenge all last year and lost a totatl of 31lbs now.
