We have our first activity to do in the Spring into Summer 5% challenge and that is to make a regular schedule and plan for exercise.
Exercise is my biggest downfall. I just do not like it. I don't mind walking for exercise and try to do some walking for exercise every day but when weather keeps me inside the great thoughts of doing exercise gets shoved to the back burners of my brain and nothing much seems to get done. Living with RA sometimes makes it painful to do much in the way of exercise but sometimes I think I use this as an excuse. So today I am going to work on a schedule for doing some type of exercise every day if not but 10minutes worth..this will be in addition to my walking time. I do enjoy my walks as I'm outside in the fresh air but what I need to add is toning type exercises as well. Also know that when the privet hedge blooms, I will be forced inside due to my allergies so I am truly going to make an effort to get more exercise this round of the 5% challenge.
