Strange how some of us are like this saying. Before starting a good diet we seem to want to eat everything in sight right before starting it. We tend to sit on our rear ends right up until we take the first step to exercise. We (or at least I do) procrastinate on starting new endeavors. But funny thing is...once I start it becomes easier and then as I continue to do it, it becomes comfortable and then it becomes a habit.
