My 2014 Summer 60 Day Challenge update

Goals:
1. A Minimum of 15 minutes housework chores completed b4 online time
2. Minimum of 15 minutes Bible Studytime with God, completed B4 computer time
3. Cardio 30 min or more 6x's a week
4. Strength Training 30 min. or more 3 x's a week
5. Have a calorie differential of -500 or more 6 out of 7 days a week
6. Protein at or above 100 all week
7. Fiber 30 or above all week
8. 7- 9 hours of sleep 6 out of 7 days a week
9. Keeping my sodium below 2300
10. Kiss my Hubbie and tell him I love him.( B4 its time to track)

Perfect Day:
Earns 100 Bonus Points!

Short Term Rewards:
Having a perfect day or reaching 1,000 point milestones:
1. Tub bath with smelly stuff and candles
2. Trip to thrift shop for clothes
3. Footz' bath with smelly stuff
4. Trip to Kickingboxing with a Twist @ Come On Get Happy!

Perfect week:
1. pedicure
2. visit kids in Tampa


Long Term Rewards:
Staying focused and finishing the challenge with a 10 pound weight loss or scoring over 10,000 points:
1. Ticket to PA to see Grand kids.
2. Ticket to WA to see grand kids!
3. Sign up for a Triathlon
4. New workout clothes


Reward System:
Each of the 10 items is worth 1 point
All 10 in one day BONUS 100 (+100) Points!
All 10 in one day x 7 days (700 + 700) for a FULL week, Perfect Score! BONUS 500 points!

Where do you live? My mom, sister (and family) and grandma live in Tampa. I was there at the beginning of the month.

Hello Spark friends! I realize this is my 1st Blog in a long while, but I am reaching out to all my Sparkers!

I will be doing this run 7 am tomorrow morning, with little to no training due to a foot problem.

It is my FIRST long run!

I am looking for all and any advice, and prayers!

2014 Here Already!

As I lift my marker to cross off January 1, 2014 off of the new calender already, I sit back and wonder, "where did 2013 go?"
I know that is what everyone says, but seriously, WHERE DID IT GO? emoticon
I wish time would S-L-O-W down just a bit! emoticon

With that said, let's see... Goals for 2014.

Well of course I want to knock off these extra pounds I've let slip back on ever so slowly.
I also will be doing my 1st 10 miler in March. (Pray for me please!)

But mostly, I have a deep desire to get closer to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ this year!

I also would love to see more of Him back in the schools. emoticon Our children today need him so much! Will you join me in prayer for our Nation? emoticon
