I'm very frustrated with myself, I am very committed to walking on my treadmill every day, I wish I could be that committed to not eating crap or over eating.
I'm fine all day till supper which I over eat on a regular basis and after 8 pm snack attack (sweet or salty) some times both.
diet is my biggest issue by far!

10.25 to walk/ jog a km this morning just about there I wanna do it in 10.
Been doing 1km morning and afternoon.
Started my yoga book last night had to modify 2 poses, my tummy was in the way, but I really enjoyed it.
I've been all over the place with food and of course stressing about it isn't helping, I came across the "No S Diet" yesterday so I've started it today so far so good, tonight will be the real test.

walking 1km 2 twice a day monday and tuesday it was taking about 14 munites to walk the 1km this morning i shaved 2 minutes off! woo hoo.
Bought a book today that has a 7 day yoga plan, i enjoy yoga but I find some of my dvd's are faster pace then I am, so I'm looking forward to starting that tonight, after a game of kinect wipeout with my boyfriend.
Still not doing so well with food and portion control, think I need to join a group to help with this.

My workout program work for the weekend I said 10 minutes on sat and sun and I ended up doing 20 plus each day just having fun instead.
Sat rented Kinect wipeout and played a few games got a good sweat going.
Sun got a Nordic Track tread machine given to me so I had to get it home first from 2 blocks away, so my boyfriend and I pulled it on its 2 wheels, glad the weather was good lol, so 10 minutes later we get it home then of course the real fun is getting it up the stairs and in the front door, so before I even get to try the treadmill I'm sweating, get it cleaned up and wiped down and to my surprise all the electronics are working Woo Hoo I am one happy girl. So I go for a fast walk for a half mile.
So taking the pressure off worked well.
Still not doing so well with my portions some days are better then others on the weekend I tend to eat fast food atleast twice.
So this week Goals

Atleast 30 minutes, Mon - Fri
BREAK THE BAD HABIT - Fast food only once this weekend
Atleast 10 minutes, Sat & Sun

Feeling good today, i've done my strength and I will do my cardio after work.
I'm only going to do 10 minutes of cardio on sat and sun to give myself a little break from the 30 minutes a day i've been doing.
Hopefully this will help break the all or nothing thinking.
I'm going to do this workout schedule for one more week, then I want to add 10 min to weekday cardio, do that for 2 weeks then add to it again and so on until i'm doing 1 hour a day 5 days a week.
I know i can do the hour a day i just want to get to the point were i except the exerice as a daily habit, not something i have to do just something i do!
