Wow almost at the end of the year. Was hoping I would have been in better shape by this point, but it's ok, I am still losing weight. Took a week off from this because I had to reset myself again. But now ready to get back into my routine. Lots going on this month. Hubby is going to Michigan to visit our dear friend for a week and both of our daughters birthdays this month. My middle child Alyvia's birthday is today. She got to celebrate with her preschool class with cupcakes that she and her little sister made and then she is going to pick out what she wants to eat special tonight for dinner. I can't believe she is 5. Where has the time gone? Then when hubby gets back the following weekend we will be having a birthday party for both the girls for friends and family and then my baby girl's birthday is after that with the same aspect as big sissy. Then I can't forget my two sisters birthdays in the middle of all this and then Thanksgiving, then Black Friday and then celebration for my grandmother's birthday who has passed but her birthday is at the end of the month. I am already exhausted and it's just the beginning of the month, lol, whew!!! These are the two months I have been dreading all year, but am hoping with all the changes I have made so far will help control the urges of over indulging. Gonna try hard to stay strong and healthy.
