Had a little set back. Dang Easter candy, lol!!! But I am doing good with exercising, at least walking. Tonight I plan on running a little mixing it with walking on the treadmill. Other then the Easter candy, I am making better choices in my eating habits once again. The good part is, because I really did good last year with my eating, it was much easier to get back in the habit once I fell off the wagon. I do have to remind myself not to get so dramatic if I don't eat well or exercise. That's what causes a lot of stress for me. I need to remember to chillax and breathe.
