I bought some dried mung beans in the bulk food section at the grocery store a couple months ago. Today I decided to cook them up and see what they tasted like.
I boiled them in water. Added curry, garlic, seasoning salt and smoked paprika (and Zero cal butter spray)
They were good. I kept it simple this time because I was only curious what the bean itself tasted like. Next time I would add tomatoes and other veggies etc... I really need to explore for some recipes.
