Since joining Spark People nearly 5 years ago, March 2014 was my slowest month. To date, I have only 615 fitness minutes (due to no time available to me, I may have forgotten to insert my information) for this month. April is just around the corner and it will be a better month. I did gain some weight again, but surprisingly, it wasn't that much.
For those who responded to my blogs regarding my husband I wish to thank you for your thoughtfulness. He is up and about and is basically back to normal now. This morning, he did some leg exercises because he laid and sat down for a month or so. It's great having him doing his thing again.
