Keep searching or Pay the $$$?

I confess, I lost my Activity Tracker inside my House. emoticon We have searched, & searched, & searched some more, but still no Tracker. emoticon The funny part is that the USB lights up every time I turn the computer on because it's within the 50 foot range,(it knows it's there), but I have no idea where it's at. emoticon Should I continue searching or just go ahead & buy a new one???

    I've lost many things to the living room furniture. I would dig deep in whatever you usually sit in before I would buy a new one. It's my luck that as soon as I replace something, I find the original thing I lost. I hope you find it!

  have you pulled out your computer desk..I'll bet it slid down the back of your desk, or is somewhere right there next to your computer tower..

What sore knee?

Today I spent 120 minutes doing a Pilates workout! It is the perfect workout for babying my knee. Not only did I get an intense workout, but I also felt proud of myself for pushing myself. We often have an All or Nothing mentality. But it is definitely Best to meet in the Middle, and find away around an obstacle.

First and foremost, I need to Modify my workouts, especially since I have a bad knee sprain. Even though I get paid to workout, it doesn't mean I should ignore my well being. Sometimes I over look that aspect of my job. Never feel bad about working within your range. Do the best you can with what your working with.
