OK - so I have my chart here, and last time I saw her I weighed in at 107.7 kg and now I'm 104.5kg - which is a loss of 3.2kg, which is half a stone! :D

Not so bad!

OK, so dietician tomorrow. I really don't know why I'm so worried - I know I've tried really hard to eat well this month, and I've kept my food diary well, and I have even been told by my parents (who are quite scathing!) that I look like I've lost a bit of weight... I am just terrified that she'll say I haven't :/ :(

Ugh - not looking forward to it at all :(

Seriously, I seem to always be ill this month. This is my second virus - a cold now, with nasty tickly throat and chesty cough. Still, seems to be a fleeting thing, I feel better today, and hopefully much better tomorrow.

Diet still going well, not craving things too much at the moment, just trying to be relaxed about it all instead of worrying. Not weighed myself in a while either - want a surprise when i see the dietician - hopefully it'll be good! On Tuesday anyway - so I'll alter my weight on here when I know what it is - in a way I'm looking forward to see how I've progressed! :D

Another tiring night...

Another thing I do is play drums - and we have quite late nights at times, but also the drumming is quite exhausting too... I'm frequently out the door by 7pm, and not home until 1am, and frequently later too, and I'm famished when I get in. So, tonight's snack, to tide me over? Carrot sticks, with a bit of fresh ground black pepper and sea salt (very small amount) and low fat hummus! :D YUM!

OK - so occasionally I do nightclub photography. Not often enough to get into a patteron of doing 'night shifts' so to speak - so I find it really hard. I'm awake much much longer than I should be, and I get ravenously hungry - is it OK to eat when I get home at 3am? I've always thought it isn't - but last night I had to cave and have a bowl of cereal... I want to be better prepared next time, so advice is much appreciated :)

    More small meas are better than the standard three squares!! Protein will sustain yo a lot longer than the carbs,, mozzarella sticks, lean turkey, boiled eggs, are some choices. Your body will metabolize calories the same 24/7.
I think the cereal was a great choice.. Milk has protein and the carbs jump-started you!!
