Weather: Cloudy, and cold out out. Windy as well, but no rain. Temp about 58 degrees

Housework log: did up dishes, changed sheets, general pick up.

Writing log: journaled, logged, blogged, posted

Exercise log: none

Sunday went pretty well. I got up at 7:30 and did some reading before getting started on everything. I can't play scrabble anymore because my other computer died, and I can't find the original cd to load it on this one. It will turn up, I just have to look for it. I've been doing crossword puzzles in the morning. My other problem is all my music is on the other computer, and the speaker system is a lot better then this one. I still have all the cds for those, but I don't think I'll load them on here. It's very time consuming, and as I said the sound quality isn't that great.

Got all my goals done yestarday. Except for exercise. I just didn't really feel like doing any. I know I probably should have.

My goals for Tuesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on spark people tracking my food and exercise
getting 3 servings of fruits and veggies

    Brr,cold up there! I finally turned the heat on last night. It went doen in the 40"s overnight, but it was 72 degrees today. Still, it's only 72 degrees in the house right now. I'm enjoying the weather. I wish it would be like this all the time.

You're dong great getting the chores done. I need to work on exercise, too. Havea great week!

Weather: Cloudy all day. Some sunshine, but not a whole lot. Not as rainy as yestarday though. Temp dropped down to 50 degrees. Windy as well.

Yestarday

Didn't do much of anything at all. I did do some reading, but mostly slept

Friday

Reading log: articles on internet, email, Salem Witch Trial, A Northern Light, Catherine Queen of Aragon

Writing log: worked on book, worked on some private writing, journaled, logged, blogged, posted.

Housework: general pick up

Exercise log: 30 minute walk from class.

Friday was a busy day for me. I had class and went over early. Did some work on the computer. I worked on my math homework there as well. Got some work done on the computer but I think next time I'll bring my own. The computers at CCV are hard to type on, and I'm use to my own key board.

Last week I did pretty well. Got all my goals done, and worked on some others. Got in 4 days of 30 minute walks, will try for five this week. I went over the 2000 mark only a couple times, but stayed towards the mid range of my calorie goals the rest of the day.

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 mintues of cardio
staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

Weather: Cloudy off and on all day. Some patches of clear blue sky. Temp about 64 degrees

Yestarday I didn't do much of anything. I slept most of the day, and didn't even do much on the computer either.

Wednesday:

Reading log: Reader's Digest, A Northern Light, Salem Witch Trial

Writing log: Posted logged, blogged, journaled,

Exercise log: 30 minute walk in afternoon

Housework log: did up dishes, general pick up

Wednesday went really well. I was up and out early for an appointment at VocRehab. Then went to Duncan Donuts and had my ice coffee, and usual lunch. I worked a lot on the computer, and worked on my math homework. Then I went to my doctor's appointment which is near by.

Came home and went for a walk, and then worked on some writing, and reading. I stayed up and watched It's a great pumpkin Charlie Brown.

Got all my goals done on Wednesday, and stayed below the 2000 mark

My goals for Saturday and Friday are:

15 minutes of writing Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000
15 minutes of reading spending 30 minutes on Spark people tracking
15 minutes of housework 30 minutes of cardio

Weather: Still gorgeous outside with lots of blue sky, and some clouds. Not as windy as yestarday though. Temp about 75 degrees

Writing log: worked on book, worked on other writing, logged, blogged, journaled, and posted

Housework log: Finished neatening the house up, did three loads of laundry, swept and mopped floor, and cleaned bathroom, did up dishes.

Exercise log: housework, 30 minute walk in afternoon

Yestarday went pretty good. I got up early enough and worked on homework for both my math class and career class. Got that done, and also alot of housework. As mentioned in previous blogs we have an inspection tomorrow, and I just wanted to make sure things were clean. It's still messy with stuff around, but that's how I can easily fine stuff. At least there won't be dirty dishes hanging around or coffee stains all over the floor. And I don't stick to the kitchen floor when I walk across it now hee hee.

Got all my goals done yestarday and alot more. I know I went over the 2000 mark I had pizza and mozzerilla sticks.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength exercises
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range, or under the 2000 mark

Yestarday went really well. I went to math class, and got an A on my last week's quiz yeah for me. I opted out of swimming because it was such a nice day outside, and went for a walk instead. We'll have so few of these once December rolls around so I'm taking advantage of them. Got home and am still working on the process of cleaning my house. Got everything picked up except for my project area. I may leave that though, everytime I pick it up I can't find anything lol. I finally have all my math stuff together and all my career readiness stuff together. It's taken me what 5 weeks to figure that one out lol.

Got all my goals done yestarday but went over my calorie range, and the 2000 calorie mark.

My goals for Wednesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
