Weather: Gorgeous in the afternoon with lots of blue sky. Very cloudy and rainy in the morning though. Temp about 64 degrees.

Housekeeping log: dusted, vaccuumed, general pick up

Exercise log: housework, 20 minute walk in afternoon, and some stairs.

Last week I did pretty good on most of my goals. I exercises 5 of the 7 days so I'm thinking that was great. I'm doing pretty well on the housework, but having a little trouble still waking up in the morning. I still need to work on that. I had a rough week with two classes beginning, and homework from both. I've gotten the homework done for tomorrow's class, and some studying done.

My goals for this week are:


90 minutes writing
90 minutes reading
90 minutes housework
60 minutes strength training
180 minutes cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes writing
15 minutes reading
15 minutes housework
10 minutes strength training
30 minutes cardi
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

Weather: Cloudy, cold and gloomy all day. Rain in the morning but none so far. Very chilly out. Temp about 60 degrees.

Exercise log: 30 minute walk

Housework log: did up dishes, general pick up, take out trash

Reading log: Articles on internet, email, Taltos, Now Face to Face

Day is going okay so far. I had a lot of trouble logging into the internet at my college so gave up and will ask someone, or figure it out at home. I got in an hour before my 2:30 class so I could do some homework for Monday's class, and get some other stuff done. I'll do some reading as well.

I got up later then I wanted to and started out slowly this morning, but managed to get ready in time to leave.

Got all my goals done yestarday and stayed under the 2000 mark.

My goals for Saturday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of Housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

    It's just been warm and muggy around here, when it's not raining, that is! It's been raining all evening. Good for you for getting out for a walk today. I never got to it.

    Wow, 60 degrees. It's been awhile since we saw that in Charlotte. We probably have another month or two before the temp gets that cool during the day. My son used to complain about the computers at college. Students were always messing with them and infecting them with viruses.

Fantastic that you got all your goals done yesterday. Good for you!

Weather: Very Rainy this morning with lots of grey clouds, and humidity. Cleared up a little this afternoon, but still mostly cloudy. Temp about 68 degrees

Exercise log: 30 minute walk

Housework log: Do up dishes, general pick up,

Day went pretty well. I had a pretty easy time to get up this morning. I was tired, but it was hard getting going. I did work on the computer in the morning. I also went to the library to do some work their, and worked on my homework there as well. Then I went to use the treadmill, and came home.

Got all my goals done yestarday.

My goals for Friday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark

Weather: Gorgeous outside. Clouds in the afternoon, and a bit hazy. Temp about 78 degrees. Getting humid.

Housework log: Did up dishes, general pick up, mopped floor, laundry.

Writing log: Posted, journaled, logged, blogged.

Exercise log: 30 minute walk at home tape, housework


Today went pretty good so far. I didn't get to sleep last night until 5:00 am. I had to get up for a 1:00 pm appointment. I had a a 10:00 appointment but had to cancel that one. I worked on the computer some, and then left an hour early and stopped at a near by Dunkin Donuts for coffee and breakfast. I also got some math homework done as well.

I went to my doctor's appointment at 1:00 and we went over my sleeping habits. I'm going to start staying up later because I 've been going to bed too soon. Then get up at 6:30 or 7:30 as the day needs it. That's my goal for this week. Some of the action plans are to stay up until 9:30 reading or working on my needlepoint or writing down the millions of thoughts going through my head. Then get ready for bed at 9:00 and read.

Got some of my goals done yestarday but not a whole lot of the them. The exercise goal fell by the way side. I did get some writing, reading and housework done though.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark

    I have Linda's problem, too! But I also sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Nothing worse than laying in bed wide awake. I hope the new plan works for you.

Weather: Another gorgeous day with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies. Some clouds in the afternoon, but mostly clear. Temp about 78 degrees

Reading log: articles on internet, homework

Writing: journaled, logged, blogged, posted

Exercise log: none

Housework log; none

So today I've been pretty much doing nothing. I did do some homework for my Friday class now that I can get on to the sight. I'll get there a little early on Friday to finish it up. I love my computer sometimes.

I did way too much yestarday and carried a whole lot around. It wasn't bad when I started out, but my math class I got a real heavy book, and a 3 ring binder note book full of homework and lessons for the semester. That was added to my backpack full of two other notebooks, a paperback, my bathing suit and towel for swimming, and snacks, and my water. Welcome back to school days me lol.

Today I feel tired with no energy. I woke up this morning a little on the groggy side and stayed that way all morning even after two cups of coffee and a cup of coca cola. I finally took a nap this afternoon, and woke up.

Did get some homework done and worked a little bit on the computer.

Got all my goals done yestarday but not today.

My goals for Wednesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
