I had a busy day of errands yesterday. I had a doctor’s appointment at 8:15 in the morning . She’s still concern about my blood pressure so she put me on some new medication, and gave me a prescription for help with sleeping. I haven’t been sleeping real well lately. After that I went into Essex Jct, and dropped off a couple of books that were due at the library. Stopped at the drugstore and picked up my prescriptions, and then hung out at Dunkin Donuts for awhile for lunch, and worked on my computer then. Stopped at CCV to pick up something from my teacher, and then over to the Beverage Warehouse for some soda. I walked home from there which is about a 30 minute walk.

Got all my goals done yesterday and stayed under the 2000 mark.

My goals for Friday are:

15 minutes of writing 30 minutes of cardio
15 minutes of reading staying within my calorie range or below the 2000
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training

Sunday went pretty good. I got up and worked on some homework in math, and then did some work on the computer. I spent the day playing monopoly on line at Pogo. I’ve gotten very addicted to that game, but I think I have it under controle right now. Lol. We’ll see.

On Saturday I went grocery shopping with my brother, he gives me a ride. We went to The Burlington Coop, and I got a few things. I went over the amount I had to I was going to put the bread back, but this lady offered to pay for it. She then proceeded to pay for the whole order. The amount was $15.00 and I thought it was really cool. I gave her a hug, and thanked her. She said she had just gotten a large bonus from work and was really pleased with that. I’ll have to pay this forward. Just goes to show you there are angels in the world.

My goals for Tuesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 mintues of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

Yestarday went pretty well. I got up, and went to work on all my projects in the morning. I got right to work on my math homework, and got quite a bit of it done. I also went for a walk, brrrrr was it cold out. I was only out for about 30 minutes.

Today I was at work at the library and started reading a really cute children’s book about a ground hog’s diary. The first few days were woke up, ate grass and slept all day. Found grass was not fun. On the fifth day he got new neighbors (Humans), and they gave him carrots. He decided they were good neighbors and burrowed under the house to be closer. He got tired of carrots, and was given other vegetables. The book went on a little further. What a great way to teach kids about writing in journals, and animals.

You got a whole lot more done than I did. I have a cold, but I'm sure I'll start feeling better real soon. Love the ground hog book. Cute.

Tuesday went pretty good. I didn’t do a whole lot. This past weekend I started going through boxes I had stored in my closet and changing the furniture around in my apartment. Once I get everything picked up it should look really nice. I have three boxes of books I’ve read that need to be gotten rid of. I’m going to bring them back to a recycling center that will resell them. I over did it this weekend with moving the furniture this weekend my leg was really sore today.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
