Weather: Cold today and snow squalls. Clear skies in the morning, and clouds in the afternoon. Temp about 38 degrees.

Wednesday’s log:

Exercise: 30 minute walk

Housework : Did up dishes, general pickup, took out trash, laundry, dusted. Cleaned bathroom


Reading: Articles on internet, email, Biology for Dummies, Haunted Vermont, Catherine Queen of Aragon

Writing: wrote in journal/log, posted, logged, blogged.

Yestarday went pretty well. I got up, and went to work on all my projects in the morning. I got right to work on my math homework, and got quite a bit of it done. I also went for a walk, brrrrr was it cold out. I was only out for about 30 minutes.

Today I was at work at the library and started reading a really cute children’s book about a ground hog’s diary. The first few days were woke up, ate grass and slept all day. Found grass was not fun. On the fifth day he got new neighbors (Humans), and they gave him carrots. He decided they were good neighbors and burrowed under the house to be closer. He got tired of carrots, and was given other vegetables. The book went on a little further. What a great way to teach kids about writing in journals, and animals.
Got all my goals done yesterday and stayed below the 2000 mark.

My goals for Friday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 mintues of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark.
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and calories

Wow just realized it's been a whole week since I've written. I have to get better at this.

Weather: gorgeous with lots of sunshine but very cold outside. Very windy as well. Temp about 32 degrees.

Tuesday’s log:

Reading log: Articles on internet, email,

Writing log: none

Housework log: did up dishes, general pick up

Exercise log: none

Tuesday went pretty good. I didn’t do a whole lot. This past weekend I started going through boxes I had stored in my closet and changing the furniture around in my apartment. Once I get everything picked up it should look really nice. I have three boxes of books I’ve read that need to be gotten rid of. I’m going to bring them back to a recycling center that will resell them. I over did it this weekend with moving the furniture this weekend my leg was really sore today.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

Weather: Chilly, damp and rainy outside with lots of grey sky and dreariness. Temp about 52 degrees.

Log: Tuesday

Reading: Articles on internet, email,


Writing log: work on book, journaled , logged, blogged, posted, personal writing

Houseowrk: general pick up, did up dishes

Exercise: none.

Yestarday went pretty. I got up and played a couple of games on the computer. I am now officially hooked on Pogo’s Word Womp and Tumble Bees. Went to work on my math after getting dressed and taking a shower. After that I worked on my book and read some of my creative writing book. Then I did some computer work, and housework.
I didn’t get out. I should have because it was a really nice day. I just got too busy doing what I was doing. Got all my goals done yesterday, except for exercising and strength training.

My goals for Thursday are:

15 mintues of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
Eating at least 2 fruits and veggies.

Weather: Gorgeous all day with sunshine and lots of blue skies. Temp about 56 degrees. There was also a warm wind blowing.

Logs Sunday & Monday:

Sunday: Easy didn't do much all day. Slept in until 11:00 in the morning. Then went to see Interstellar with my sister and brother-in-law. I highly recommend the movie for any sci fi lover. Then I went out to dinner with my other sister and her family. We went to a local favorite in Burlington, The Windjammer. I haven't been there in years. But it was all good. I had the prime rib, and baked potato with salad, and french onion soup. Hmmmm I wasn't looking out for calories was I lol. Sunday was my birthday and I turned 54. I don't go out to eat much so when I do I tend to splurge.

Monday:

Reading: articles on internet, Reader's digest, Barbarians,
Writing: none
Housework: none
exercise: 30 minute walk in afternoon.

Yestarday I went to my math class in the morning. Then I had to hang around to see my advisor at 1:00. I did some reading there, and some work on the computer. I registered for an English Composition course next sememster. This time it's Tuesday at 11:30. I didn't want to get up early like I do for my math class. I walked home after that stopping at the store along the way.

My goals for Wednesday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

My goals for the week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark 6 of the seven day

Exercise log: 45 minute walk in afternoon

Thursday went pretty well after I slept in for a little bit. I did my math homework in the morning and some housework. Then I walked over to the library for my job there, but the head librarian didn't have anything for me to do. That was fine with me. I spent the next two hours studying and practicing math, and then did some other reading.
Got home and decided I would cook up my Spaghetti squash that I had bought. I followed a recipe for roasting it, and it came out pretty good. It's not my favorite though. I love Acorn, and butternut squash baked. I had chicken with that as well.

Friday's log:
Pretty easy. I didn't do much of anything all day. I did read some, and played computer games on the computer, and watched tv. I didn't get out to exercise either, the rain was really coming down.
Got all my goals done on Thursday.

My goals for Sunday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on spark people tracking my food and exercise
eating at leat 2 fruits and veggies
