Weather: Cloudy, grey and rainy. Temp about 35 degrees. Very foggy out as well.

Tuesdayís log:

Writing: journaled, logged, blogged, posted,

Housework log: Did up dishes, swept and mopped, did laundry, cleaned bathroom, vacuumed

Reading log: Ellery Queen, Articles on internet, email,

Exercise log: none, but the housework.

Tuesday went real well. I didnít get any walking in, but I did get my apartment clean up. I also got a couple of loads of laundry done as well. I got a lot of work done on the computer as well. I think I stayed within my calorie range, but I havenít logged it yet.

Ever since Iíve stopped working I havenít been able to eat breakfast. Either I get up too late, or Iím just not hungry. Lately Iíve started to just eat yogurt and thatís been doing pretty good. Iím also sleeping better, so my night time snacking is mostly done.

Got all my goals done yesterday except for exercising and cardio.

My goals for Thursday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
Eating at least 2 fruits and veggies

Weather: Cloudy outside, but no snow, or rain. Grey and dull out there. Temp about 30 degrees.

Mondayís log:

Reading: Ellery Queen, Articles on internet, email,

Writing log: Posted, logged, blogged, journaled,

Housework log: general pick up

Exercise log: 45 minute swim in the morning, 20 minute walk to and from bus stop

Monday went pretty well. I was up around 8:00, and did some reading. I played some computer games on the computer, and did some general picking up and cleaning. I left around 9:30 for swimming, and enjoyed a peaceful hour in the pool. I was able to get some laps in, but I get really bored doing them. I do water walking, moving my legs in deep water continuously. I work a lot with a noodle, and sometimes with water weights.

Got home, and started reading some more. The parents in the pool with me were talking about lunch with their kids and they were talking about pizza. That stuck in my mind. I got home and had a late lunch of oatmeal, and yogurt, and then worked on Spark people and reading my email. I ordered you guessed it pizza and chicken wings for dinner. Itís amazing what one little suggestion can do lol.

Got all my goals done yesterday. I havenít logged it, but I think I went under the 2000 mark. I didnít eat a whole lot of other food yesterday.

My goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range, or under the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise

Weather: Grey cloudy skies, with no sunshine at all. Warmer temps though at 30 degrees. No wind either. Sidewalks arenít bad to walk on on the main streets, but on the off streets they are treacherous.

Sundayís log:

Writing: blogged, logged, posted, journaled,

Reading log: Started Ellery Queenís 5 complet novels, email, articles on internet,

Housework log: general pick up, did up dishes, and some vacuuming.

Exercise log: none

Sunday went alright. I had a hard time staying awake. I didnít sleep well Saturday night. I went shopping in the morning with my brother, and bought some chicken thighs for dinner, and some other stuff. I totally forgot the milk though.

Got home, and worked on the computer, then read for a bit. I finally went down for a nap around 1:00. I must have been tired because I slept an hour or so.

Got all my goals done yesterday, except walking and exercising.

My goals for Tuesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark

Weather: Cloudy and grey today. No snow though, and very mild temps. Temps about 30 degrees.
Saturdayís log:

Saturday started out pretty slowly, but I finally got stuff done in the afternoon. I was able to clean up a bunch of dirty dishes in the sink, and get some work done on the computer.

Reading log: Finished up Vermontís haunted, and read articles on internet, and email.

Writing log: posted, blogged, logged, and journaled

Housework log: Did up dishes, general pick up

Exercise log: none

Last week was a so so week. I only exercise three days of the week. I stayed under the 2000 mark about 5 days a week.

My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 mintues of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
30 minutes of cardio
10 minutes of strength training
Staying within my calorie range or under th 2000 mark

    Record warm day here, 59 degrees. I sat outside with Bigfoot my cat who sat on me, laid on my shoulders... laid on my chest for the afternoon. Never has he been so cuddly sweet. We both had a lovely afternoon.

Weather: Gorgeous blue skies with lots of sunshine out there. Very chilly temps , no snow or wind though. Temp about 21 degrees.

Fridayís log:

I didnít do much of anything yesterday, although I did get up and did up some dishes, cleaned out my fridge, (lots of science experiments in there ) lol, and wiped down the shelves. Did some reading, and worked on Spark people a bit. Iíve been reading a really good book from the library by Joe Citro (Local Vermont writer) about Vermontís ghosts and legends. I learn a lot about my state through these books.

I got all my goals done yesterday except for exercising. It was still snowing, and windy and I didnít feel like going out.

My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
Staying within my calorie range or below the 2000 mark
Spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
