I'm getting better. Yestarday was a day spent mostly in bed, and sleeping. I only took some advil that was the only thing I had on hand. Today I'm going to go out and pick up some Bendryl, or the generic brand. My whole body is just achy and I've been sneezing and coughing up a storm. I'm feeling a lot better though in spirit and have a little more energy then I did yestarday morning. I had to call in sick for class. I hated to do that, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. Also our work group part of the day was in a senior center so that wouldn't have been a good idea bringing germs into there. Like I say I'm feeling a lot better today. We have no class today because of the Easter Holidays.
Tuesday's class was our mock interviews. I was pretty nervous, but my interviewer said I did pretty well. I had all the right answers, and didn't hesitate. I need to work on my body language a little bit, and my fidgetyness. We also had a meeting with the program director, and a one on one meeting with our teacher. Then we had a celebratory lunch at Tiny Thai restaurant in Winooski. It's a small thai restaurant, and I had a beef stir fry which was really good. Our work group went on to clean a house at Hope works which is a refuge for rape and incest victims.
Tuesday was really wild weather wise. It was raining cats and dogs, and windier then anything. Later on it got colder, and snowed. I think that's part of the reason why I'm not feeling well. I wasn't dressed for it. It was just a miserable day altogether.
Needless to say I haven't worked on my goals the last two days. I did get a mile of a walk at home tape done on Tuesday. I haven't eaten as many calories as usual though. I think both days were below my calorie range. I haven't inputted Tuesdays yet, and yestarday I just had some sprite, and water most of the day. I did have a bowl of cheerios to munch on. I love just plain cheeerios to munch on sometimes.

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise
