Let's see, I took Monday off to recover for the weekend. But these last 3 days I got outside and walked. No elliptical stepper machine... Just me & the Hellhounds.

Taking the weekend off made me have to start all over again on momentum. I only made us 15 minutes on the stepper but I upped the resistance another level & stayed at a 15% incline. Florida is FLAT.
