Day 3 walk challenge
Today I did my walk over my lunch hour. I found a perfect 2 mile route, less perfect is it passes about 13 restaurants, Dairy Queen and a kringle store! So my solution just don't take my purse, just an ID for safety!

Today was mostly a success. I actually walked the dogs twice a little over a mile the 1st time and just over 2 miles the second time! So yeah for me!

exercise is becoming habit!
