Best. Workout. EVER.

The New Loss
Okay guys, I did what I said and I got rid of the clothes that were too big! I also found out that I fit into an old pair of size 16 slacks!! They were definitely snug, but I know I'm getting there.

I completed Week 3 of Couch to 5K two or three weeks ago. After that I just started running at my own pace. I think that this has paid off, because I saw my average speed jump tremendously! I am feeling really good about my running. Read more

I ran week 2 day 1 of Couch to 5K today...and I did the whole thing, no extra walk breaks. I feel great!! Happy! Courageous! Inspired and inspirational!!! I just wanted to share how I feel with everyone!
